Price Includes: All motor coach and land transportation, sightseeing, admissions, services of tour director and driver, lodging, meals as specified in tour itinerary, taxes, gratuities to bellhops and waiters at included meals.

Airport transfers are included only when airfare is purchased from Pilgrim Tours. Taxi service is available for those purchasing their airfare elsewhere.

Deposit Required: $300 per person will reserve your place. A $100 service fee will be charged for cancellation at any time in addition to our normal payment and cancellation policy.

Day 1: Arrive San Diego

Arrive into San Diego and transfer to your hotel by hotel shuttle bus. Your Tour Director will be available at the hotel from 1:00-6:00pm.

Day 2: San Diego sightseeing

Our morning tour introduces Old Town, with its images of a long-ago era; Balboa Park, the Coronado Bridge and Island, and the Gaslamp District. Tonight, we enjoy a welcome drink hosted by our Tour Director, followed by dinner at a local specialty restaurant. (American breakfast/ Specialty restaurant dinner in San Diego)

Day 3: San Diego - San Juan Capistrano - Newport Beach

After a leisurely start we are off to the famous mission of San Juan Capistrano. This afternoon we reach lovely Newport Beach, once John Wayne's home, and our hotel, located close to the Fashion Island Mall. (American breakfast)

Day 4: Newport Beach - Los Angeles - Solvang

Our first stop today is Los Angeles where we see the sights of Hollywood and Beverly Hills: Mann's Chinese Theatre, the Sunset Strip, Rodeo Drive, and much more. We continue on to Mediterranean-style Santa Barbara on the coast, and the enchanting Danish town of Solvang. (American breakfast/ Dinner)

Day 5: Solvang - Monterey

We travel on to San Simeon, where a two-hour tour of Hearst Castle reveals treasures valued at over 50 million dollars. Then our next stop is Monterey where Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf beckon. We enjoy dinner at a local specialty restaurant this evening. (American breakfast/ Specialty restaurant dinner in Monterey)

Day 6: Monterey - Yosemite

Today we travel along the 17 Mile Drive with views of Pebble Beach Golf Course and the famous Lone Cypress. After a stop in Carmel, we turn inland towards Yosemite National Park. This afternoon we climb into the Sierra Nevada Mountains, to reach our hotel. (American breakfast/ Dinner)

Day 7: Yosemite National Park - San Francisco

Today enjoy the views of Yosemite National Park during a valley tour. Sights include El Capitan, Half Dome, the majestic waterfalls (weather permitting) and ice-sculpted rocks and mountains. Later, we head towards the bustling city of San Francisco arriving early evening. (American breakfast)

Day 8: San Francisco sightseeing

This morning's tour includes views of the Golden Gate Park, Fisherman's Wharf, Twin Peaks, the Golden Gate Bridge and more. This afternoon we depart on our cruise of the Bay. The rest of the afternoon is free. Tonight, we will enjoy an authentic Chinese banquet for our farewell dinner. (American breakfast/ Specialty restaurant dinner in San Francisco)

Day 9: San Francisco

After breakfast, enjoy the morning at leisure until hotel check-out where your tour ends. (American breakfast)
