Airport transfers are included only when airfare is purchased from Pilgrim Tours. Taxi service is available for those purchasing their airfare elsewhere.


Deposit Required: $300 per person will reserve your place. A $100 service fee will be charged for cancellation at any time in addition to our normal payment and cancellation policy.

Day 1: New England Bound

Today we enjoy the changing fall foliage as we travel north to our lodging for the next two nights in Rutland, Vermont. Dinner is included at our hotel this evening.


Day 2: Touring Vermont

After our deluxe continental breakfast, we begin a middle Vermont tour as we first visit the famous Vermont Country Store and the outlets in Manchester. Later on we tour the Vermont Marble Exhibit, the world's largest Marble museum, and Wilson Castle, a gorgeous mid-nineteenth century masterpiece in the heart of the Green Mountains. The tour highlights the mansion's 13 fireplaces and 84 stained glass windows. Later this afternoon we return to our hotel and dinner is included.


Day 3: Ben & Jerry's • Vermont Teddy Bears

A deluxe continental breakfast fuels our day again as we head out for a fun day in Vermont. This morning we start by visiting the Montpelier area for the Cabot Creamery where we enjoy a walking tour of the working plant. Then we'll head for Waterbury, home to Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Factory where we enjoy a tour of the factory and of course, a taste of one of Vermont's best-known products. Cold Hollow Cider is next and is always a favorite. Continue on to Burlington for lunch on our own and shopping at the Church Street Market area before touring the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory where we see the Teddies being made from start to finish. You may even choose to stuff your own Teddy Bear! Return to our hotel this evening, dinner will either be at the hotel or at a local restaurant.


Day 4: Scenic New Hampshire

After our deluxe continental breakfast again this morning, we travel across to the Lakes region of New Hampshire and visit the wonderful Castle in the Clouds. Lunch is on our own at the Castle Cafeteria and then the afternoon is free for shopping at the Lakes Region Factory outlets in Tilton. Overnight and dinner is in the North Conway are.


Day 5: Conway Scenic Railroad • The White Mountains

Breakfast is included again this morning before we depart for our scenic railroad tour aboard the Conway Scenic Railroad. After the rail tour, we have a guided tour through the colorful White Mountains before spending the rest of the day at tax-free outlet shopping in North Conway. Dinner at a local restaurant or the hotel this evening.


Day 6: Homeward Bound

One more hearty continental breakfast this morning before we depart for home with our fond memories of your trip to the colorful north.
