Price Includes: Four nights lodging (Two nights at the Opryland Hotel), three full breakfasts, one breakfast show, three dinners, one dinner show, admissions, guide, transportation, baggage handling, taxes, and meal gratuities.
Airport transfers are included only when airfare is purchased from Pilgrim Tours. Taxi service is available for those purchasing their airfare elsewhere.
Deposit Required: $300 per person will reserve your place. A $100 service fee will be charged for cancellation at any time in addition to our normal payment and cancellation policy.
Day 1: Shenandoah Valley
We travel south through the lovely Shenandoah Valley to our lodging for the evening in Kingsport, Tennessee. After checking into our rooms, dinner is hosted at the hotel followed by local entertainment.
Day 2: Opryland Hotel
Following breakfast at the hotel, we head west to the Capital of Country Music, Nashville, Tennessee. Early this afternoon we arrive at our home for the next two nights - the lavish Opryland Hotel. With its blend of Colonial Williamsburg and Southern Plantation architecture, the hotel's nine acres of breathtaking tropical gardens are decked with lights and garland making it a Holiday Wonderland. Free time allows us to explore the grandeur of the hotel as well as visit the new Opry Mills Mall. We meet this evening for a bountiful family-style dinner in the Delta Ballroom. This is a Holiday Feast with all the trimmings served "under the stars" in an enchanted forest setting.
Day 3: General Jackson
This morning we board the General Jackson Showboat for a Breakfast Cruise which includes great entertainment and Christmas festivities. We arrive early this afternoon at the brand new Country Music Hall of Fame for a guided tour of this complex displaying instruments, costumes, and other personal items of the country greats along with plaques honoring those inducted into the Hall of Fame. We return to the Opryland Hotel for free time to enjoy the Art, Antique, & Craft Fair in the hotel convention center. Enjoy dinner at the hotel before going to the evening performance of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular featuring the Rockettes.
Day 4: Breakfast Theatre
This morning we leave the beauty of the Opryland Hotel, but before we leave town we have a filling breakfast at the Gibson Bluegrass Breakfast Theatre featuring Grand Ole Opry star Jeannie Sealey. Then depart for our lodging in Wytheville, Virginia. The hotel will host a delicious buffet dinner this evening.
Day 5: Home
Following a full breakfast buffet at the hotel, we depart for home with arrival by early evening.
