15 minute walk to Syntagma. Ride the Metro (red line) from Omonia
Square for a 4-5 minute trip to Syntagma.
Residence Georgio (4 1/2 - 5 star hotel)
18 minute walk to Syntagma. Ride the Metro (red line) from
Omonia Square for a 4-5 minute trip to Syntagma.
Omonia Grand Hotel (5
star hotel) Metro (line 2) to Syntagma or 15 minute walk.
Taxis: Remember there are two types of taxis in Athens. The special
VIP type taxis will be 7-8 Euro one way, while a regular type may be
half the cost.
Divani Palace (very
good 4 star hotel) A 12 - 15 minute walk around the base of
the Acropolis is best and most scenic as well. |
