Price Includes: 7 meals, the services of a professional Tour Director on tour. Travel on a luxury air-conditioned motor coaches with reclining seats and restroom facilities. A stylish travel bag and wallet containing tour documents and helpful information. You'll stay in twin-bedded rooms with private facilities at these selected hotels: Four Points Denver Cherry Creek, Ramada Inn Moab, Holiday Inn Kayenta Grand Canyon, Grand Canyon Lodges, Las Vegas Hilton and Casino, all hotel service charges, baggage handling fees (one suitcase per person) and local taxes included and airport transfers.
Airport transfers are included only when airfare is purchased from Pilgrim Tours. Taxi service is available for those purchasing their airfare elsewhere.
Deposit Required: $300 per person will reserve your place. A $100 service fee will be charged for cancellation at any time in addition to our normal payment and cancellation policy.
Day 1: Arrive Denver
Arrive in Denver by 4:00pm. At 6:00pm meet with your Tour Director and fellow traveling companions.
Day 2: Denver, Arches National Park, Moab
This morning we leave Denver and head toward the Colorado River. We pass through Vail and Glenwood Springs en route to Arches National Park. Here red-rock canyons, balancing rocks and the largest number of natural stone arches provide ample photo opportunities and enchanting vistas. Then on to nearby Moab for the night. Day 3: Moab, Mesa Verde, Kayenta
Our morning drive takes us through the lands once roamed by the Navajo and other Native American tribes, stopping at Mesa Verde National Park for a look at some of the ancient cliff dwellings. Some of the buildings are amazingly well preserved. In the afternoon we continue to Kayenta on the Navajo Indian Reservation lands, where dinner is at our hotel this evening. Day 4: Kayenta, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon
Today we visit Monument Valley and let our Navajo Indian guide take us to the major sites in this sacred valley. Later, we reach the majestic Grand Canyon and experience its grandeur as we tour the South Rim - have your cameras ready! (American breakfast)
Day 5: Grand Canyon, Las Vegas
Your morning is at leisure. You may wish to take an optional "flight seeing" tour with spectacular bird's eye views of the Canyon. Later we cross the Colorado River before arriving in Las Vegas, the mecca of gambling and capital of jet-set glamour. Enjoy an evening at leisure to discover all this city has to offer! Day 6: Las Vegas at leisure
A full day at leisure to enjoy the many activities. Perhaps delight in a round of golf, an hour by the pool, or shopping at Caesar's Palace Forum Shops. Maybe try your luck with the "one-armed bandit" or any other game of chance. (American breakfast)
Day 7: Depart Las Vegas
This morning a chance to pick up some last minute souvenirs before hotel check-out at noon. (American breakfast)
